- جميع البضائع الموجود بها عيوب صناعة سوف يتم استبدالها مجاناIf item has manufacturing defect return is for free. Customers will be refunded the item price and delivery fee
- اذا اراد العميل ترجيع البضائع يتم استبدالها ببضاعه اخرى نفس القيمة مع خصم قيمة التوصيلIf a customer wants to return/exchange an item which does not have a manufacturing defect, only the item price will be refunded and deliver charge we will be deduct.
- قيمة البضائع التى تم استرجاعها ستكون طريقة الدفع لقيمة المرتجعات بنفس طريقة دفع المشترياتAll refunds will be made through the method of payment only.
- عند الاستبدال او الاسترجاع لابد من تواجد الفاتورة التى تم تسليم البضاعه بها إلكتروني او ورقيA return/replacement invoice will be issued to the customer.
